Character Name: Kyrian (K'yan when he impresses)

Appearance: Kyrian is a handsome young man. He stands 6'2" and is well muscled. Not overly bulgy muscled, but strong enough to get the job done. His hair is black and slightly curly, the ends of it brushing the collar of his shirt and he has a unruly curl that always falls across his forehead. His eyes are a stormy gray with a dark blue ring around the outer edge of the iris. His hands are scarred from his years as a wood crafter apprentice from where knives and other tools would slip and cut his hands. His skin is deeply tanned since he often sits outside when carving, feeling that being outside helps him think more clearly.
Personality: Kyrian is a ladies man, enjoying the attention of ladies any way he can get it. He is a flirt and easy going, but if its needed of him he can be serious and take charge of a situation. He is level headed despite his flirting.
History: Kyrian is the son of Ryan and Kira. He has one younger sister, Rika, and an older brother Kirk. His father is a wood crafter and his mother is a tanner. His brother and sister apprenticed in the tanner craft where as he was more interested in wood crafter. He enjoyed the feel of wood in his hands and could see the finished product in his minds eye. His works were always highly praised by his instructors, but he never let that go to his head and laughed it off, easily remaining friends with others in his class instead of them getting jealous of his praise. He would often tutor his fellow apprentices, wanting to help them be able to exel as he did.
When he reached puberty he discovered the attraction of the oppsite sex. He was never the shy, awkward teen, but rather jumped in and tried his hand at flirting, learning what attracted a girl and what pushed them away. He, like many boys in their early teen years was gangly from growth spurts, but as he grew into his new height and put on the subtle muscle that filled out his frame he found that he didn't have to work very hard to attract a woman. He learned that while one might be attracted to a woman, one must still be polite and a gentlemen. Despite his love of flirting, Kyrian is still a virgin. He was never willing to compromise a woman or himself. Honor is more important then angering his father and a father of a woman he might be attracted to.
When the dragons and their riders first arrived Kyrian was as skeptical as any other person, not believing thread would come again to the world. But, when Thread did fall he became a believer. So he no longer kept working when the dragons and their riders would visit, but instead went out to see the great beasts. When one of those blues had looked at him he was surprised, but when the rider had approached him and said that the dragon thought him material to stand for a clutch he was shocked. He went willing with that rider, bringing with him his clothes, tools, and select pieces of wood so that he could carve something for the gold riders, at least give his respect to the highest ranking of the dragonmen's society.

Pets: None yet, but I may give him the fire lizard egg I won in the Easter egg hunt, if that would be alright with the meddlers.
