Well, my parents saw some report on CNN and went all privacy-invasion on me. In short, they found out I've been writing. According to them, anything sci-fi is 'freaky' and 'not right' and 'abnormal'. Guess if I ever publish, it'll be under a pseudonym...
Anyway, this is my last time on this computer. Too risky, with overly paranoid parents. I mean, come on! I'm allowed to go camping alone, but I can't write sci-fi. Don't understand it.
So I'll have a week of lowered activity. I can only get on with my personal computer, when nobody else is home. They're like "we can restrict wireless access." Yeah. And I can just use wires with my laptop so long as nobody'll see me. They don't get that I'm smarter than they are in many respects.
After this week, school starts, and I can get on library computers with no problem at all. So, yeah. They don't get that I have ways around them.
I'll be on occasionally until then. But for this week, I probably won't be able to get on daily.

Awww, man! >< That's so unfair! I can't believe your parents. -Sigh- And I thought that the reports they had about stuff like that on the news were mainly MySpace problems. o.o ... Well, I guess I wouldn't be likely to know. n_n; -Doesn't watch the news that much-

Aww, that sucks. I hate when parents go all over-protective, when they didn't notice or care before.

D: That's not fair. Parents can really be irritating. I mean seriously. Sci-fi's not the end of the world. o____o;

You don't know my parents. I'm surprised they haven't confiscated my veritable library just yet. I own all of the Wheel of Time series, most of DRoP, most of Anne McCaffrey's non-Pern works, the Abhorsen trilogy, and a bunch of other miscellaneous sci-fi and fantasy. Oh, right. And a whole large shelf of Star Trek books I inherited from my uncle when he disowned us.
My family has issues...?

Meh. Well, it's only until next week. Then I've got library computers at my disposal and they can't stop me there!

Hehe. Our librarian leaves as soon as school's out. If you want to do something after school on computers, you have to find somewhere else. xDD

That really sucks At least you have ways of getting around them, just be careful not to get caught. Good luck.
