A ferry will travel from the island of Araelen Weyr to the port of Celos Sea Hold around midday, for all interested candidates who wish to attend the Gather.
However. The Weyrwoman has compiled a list of candidates she suspects may be potential flight risks. These candidates are not allowed to board the ferry. The only way they will be allowed to attend the Gather is if they find a dragonrider who will be willing to carry them over and keep an eye on them all day. Dragonriders willing to do such a thing must sign a sheet on the Weyrleaders' Office door, including their name and the candidate's. They will then be responsible for the candidate's safe return to the Weyr.
For Members: It is up to you to decide whether or not your character has been 'blacklisted'. If your character has shown any signs of rebellion or was forcibly Searched, they are guaranteed to be on the list. If you wish for that character to attend the Gather, you must find a dragonrider willing to carry them and monitor them all day. If you have a dragonrider character, you could use that character, or, it might be more fun and interesting if you ask another Member's dragonrider to do it. Simply send someone a PM! Sr. Weyrlings are permitted to carry candidates, as well.
