Now, I'm sure you're all wondering: what does all of this mumbojumbo mean? It means that there are three positions available for Loyalists: Council Members, Informants, and Supporters.

The Council will consist of a finite number of people who are responsible for planning all of the Loyalists' actions within the Weyr. These members are publicly known. Please limit your applications to only one character per member. Remember: These positions are granted according to dragon colour!

The Informants are spies. They are responsible for delving as deeply into the Rebels' key circles as possible. Although all Loyalists will keep their ears open for news, this is the specific task of the Informants, and some will hopefully be able to infiltrate the Rebels. Please limit your applications to only one character per member.

The Supporters are all of those Loyalists who are not formally given specific positions, but their help will be called upon when the Loyalists choose to act. As well, they will be expected to contribute to discussions, although on a much more informal setting (eg. meeting in small groups to discuss Weyr matters). Although they won't know it, their opinions will likely reach the ears of a Council member. All characters that are not Council members or Informants will be placed under the Supporters category.
