Now, I'm sure you're all wondering: what does all of this mumbojumbo mean? It means that there are three positions available for Rebels: Council Members, Informants, and Supporters.

The Council will consist of a finite number of people who are responsible for planning all of the Rebels' actions within the Weyr. No other Rebel is allowed to know who is a member of the Council (although that of course relies on the discretion of the individual Council members...) to protect the Council from the Loyalists. Please limit your applications to only one character per member. Remember: These positions are not granted according to dragon colour!

The Informants are spies. They are responsible for delving as deeply into the Loyalists' key circles as possible. Although all Rebels will keep their ears open for news, this is the specific task of the Informants, and some will hopefully be able to infiltrate the Loyalists. Please limit your applications to only one character per member.

The Supporters are all of those Rebels who are not formally given specific positions, but their help will be called upon when the Rebels choose to act. As well, they will be expected to contribute to plotting, although on a much more informal setting (eg. meeting in small groups to discuss Weyr matters). Although they won't know it, their opinions will likely reach the ears of a Council member, as the Council members will be keeping as close of an eye on the Rebels as the Loyalists. All characters that are not Council members or Informants will be placed under the Supporters category.
