Robika almost laughed aloud at Anya's exclamations, but she restrained herself for fear of being rude. But she let herself grin as the girl dragged on and on about how amazing it would be to have a flitter. Waiting until Anya had run out of breath, Robika immediately rushed in. "Well," she said hurriedly before Anya could start back up again, "How about when Emanor clutches next- if I find her clutch, that is- that I can let you have one?" She hadn't found any of Em's clutches in years, but perhaps promising an egg to someone would give her the initiative to work.
Hearing a new person, Robika turned, her eyes finding hunter. She waved cheerfully as Anya automatically let out another exclamation. Chuckling, Robika added at the end of her squeals, "Feel free! I don't mind!"
Emanor, annoyed that the attention that had been focused on her was wavering, screeched at Anya, butting her with her head. Well! If this girl didn't want to pat her, she could just go and finish up her meal...
"Emanor! You behave!" Robika told the green firmly. The green gave her a baleful stare. The screeching ceased, but not the headbutting. Sighing, Robika gave Anya an apologetic look. This little green was just so... stubborn sometimes!

Hunter grinned at the younger girl's enthusiasm and nodded to the other woman, a rider he thought he had seen around before. He pulled his shirt off over his head and tossed it a bit further up on the shore then tugged his ankle boots off, tossing them after his shirt. He was already wearing a pair of shorter pants, falling to just his knees.
He waded out into the water slowly, gasping slightly at the cold water, goose pimples chasing all over until he became used to the cooler temperature. He finally dunked himself under the water and swam out to where the other two were.
He smiled "Hello, I'm Hunter," he said with a polite nod to them, treading water easily. He watched the fire lizard for a moment and chuckled. He thought they were interesting creatures, but his ambitions lie a bit more toward the larger cousins.
