Status Being Applied For:
I would like to have Cilnah be able to 'hear' Gryth, as well as N'ryl being able to 'hear' Basyth.
Reason for Wanting this Status:
These two siblings have such an intertwined past, and are so close, it's almost as if they're one being separated into two bodies. Or at least, that's how it was before N'ryl shut himself away. Not only would I like to use this as a tool to help bring them closer together, but it might be an interesting plot twist.
Sample Post, including this Status:
He was staring absently at the figerling bowl again.
Mine.
The familiar voice in his mind didn't register. His thoughts were scattered, and he didn't even hear Gryth's soft prodding.
Mine.
There was a mixture of amusement and annoyance in the dragon's tone as he tried again.
Mine!
That got his attention finally. N'ryl jerked his head up and towards the direction of his bonded's usual place. "What is it, Gryth?" he asked with no small annoyance. The blue simply chuckled.
It's time for dinner, Mine. In his bed, His rolled his eyes, demanding why he felt the need to be informed of this. You haven't eaten today, he was told simply.
After quite a bit of grumbling, the Brownrider slipped from his furs and padded down the halls to the dinning area. The usual chatter and hustle of the place pressed against him almost immediately, but there was something new there today. Something that made him stop dead in his tracks, regardless of the annoyed sound of some random entity behind him. There, amidst the chatter of the entire Weyr, was one single voice that he did not recognize, something that he should not have been able to hear. It was the voice of a young dragonet, babbling on about who knows what.
What is it, Mine?[/b] N'ryl heard Gryth ask with no small concern. After all, there was never many times that His showed so much surprise.
Across the hall, another dark haired figure jerked their head up. This time it was a girl. A new Jr. Weyrling to be exact, almost a twin of the full Bluerider standing at the entrance. She too, had heard an unfamiliar voice in her mind. Searching for the source, Cilnah, looked over almost every face in the room, before coming to rest on one just as shocked as her own. That of her brother, N'ryl.[/size]
