This competition will require no posting. Instead, I have rolled dice to determine the outcome of the various Wings. In this manner, the individual performances of the riders have been determined, as well as the Wing with the overall best performance. Highlights for each Wing during the event will be listed here, and the rider who excelled most from each Wing will be listed as well.
Fourth Place - The Stormchasers, led by D'rom and Faerth
During the manouveurs, K'ji and Blancheurth blundered into Ravyna and Igrainth, throwing the pair off course. However, there were no injuries, though it was a near miss for K'ji and Blancheurth. Ravyna and Igrainth were able to recover quickly.
Riders who excelled: D'rom and Faerth, as well as C'lyn and Greylith
Third Place - The Dawnflames, led by L'kas and Seath
The performance was rather uneventful, with only slight errors on the parts of Shikai and Dinaedth, as well as T'ren and Owaith. However, the choreography was slightly off.
Rider who excelled: Calysta and Luneth
Second Place - The Seablades, led by B'kay and Syth
During a particularly tricky demonstration, B'kay and Syth had a slight blunder, impacting no other riders, as H'run and Gawyth, as well as A'idin and Gaelrith, managed to dart out of the way.
Another blunder occurred later on, as B'rec and Dagonth veered into Minelli and Elainuth. Luckily, there were no injuries, and Minelli and Elainuth were not too negatively impacted.
Despite the few blunders, this team's artistic style in the air granted it a position above third place.
Rider who excelled: S'lem and Griflith
First Place - The Cloudbandits, led by M'kel and Tirenth
With a nearly flawless performance, the team dubbed 'M'kel's Harem' by some who noticed only one other male on the Wing swept the skies of their competitors. No flames were adversely thrown, and no collisions occurred, although Myra and Aglovth erred slightly at one point.
Rider who excelled: Keldara and Galahanth
Congratulations! All Wings have experienced the practice that comes closest to real Threadfall, and there were no injuries with few blunders! Hopefully, when Thread falls, the Weyr will be this lucky once again.
If you are interested in learning the rolling details, which I chose not to include here because there are so many of them, I can PM them to you individually. Just let me know.
