So far...
Ikros M'kel and bronze Tirenth - Knight Brinne and green Elinth - Squire Amika and brown Amisk - Squire
Araelen Kitari and gold Lefayeth (What? NO way!) R'tivor and green Aramunith T'rys and brown Wickhath B'rec and blue Dagonth
I'm still deciding. XD
But I have to raise the question of whers...
Are they going to be allowed to go to Ikros or not?
Because let's think about the logistics of this... Whers can't fly or go between, so they would need to be transported in ships with deep holds to keep them sheltered from the sunlight. The Wherhandlers would need to be able to keep them calm during stormy weather. Then, they would need to be transported over land somehow to the Weyr itself.
There are also the plot issues surrounding it... The Whers were brought to Araelen to be Night Watchers. The Weyrwoman would want to keep them for this purpose, so they'd have to sneak out and organize ships somehow. Plus, they are already essentially 'Shadows' in Araelen Weyr, so why go to be 'Shadows' in Ikros instead? Even if they were granted the title of Squire, would it even mean anything? Cause they don't interact with any dragonriders anyways.
A possibility I do see is this... With the Weyrs in opposition, it does make sense for each of them to be on guard, day and night, in case of possible raids.
But what does everyone else think?
Updated!

Well, the reason I added Raina is that she would absolutely despise being in a place where someone would poison so many, even if it wasn't the Weyrwoman. And she has gained a small bit of pride from her Raisk. Weyrwoman she may not be, but she is a Goldhandler, and not to be looked down upon.
As for transportation, couldn't the larger Browns or Bronzes carry the Whers if their handler's kept them calm?

And, if you could, tell what rank you want your rider's to be? Just squire or shadow, and if you want Knight try out in the thread. All Wherhandlers are squires - Crown's deal to any Wherhandler who comes with them is that they are no longer these scorned people. In the north, the nights are longer, and they have more chance to interact in the mornings and evenings. The Wherhandler's will have Crown's personal protection - they will not be allowed to be demoted to Shadows or be treated as servants.

Just so everyone knows, I agree with all of the above regarding whers. But we don't want every wher leaving Araelen, so please keep that in mind when making your decisions!

Well, I see M'kel and Kaci already paraphrased my ideas from earlier. xD If Crown wants night watchers to make sure they don't get raided by Araelen, and promises some kind of benefits to any wherhandlers who do switch, then as long as the wherhandlers can find some kind of transportation over, I don't see a problem in the logic. xDD
And I don't know about the others, but Shandar and Shask are taking a boat, and then walking there by night. Well, Shask is walking, Shandar's riding, since whers are big enough for that now, lol. If anyone else wants to accompany them in that manner, it could make for a fun roleplay. >3
Hold on a second, though - the only thing separating a Squire from a Shadow is that they have the protection of one of the Weyr's Knights, and therefore have power dependent on the success of their patron Knight. Hence why the Squires will be like factions trying to ensure the power of their own Knight, and maybe attempt to undermine the power of another. So it seems a little hasty to be assigning ranks when none of these Squires have an associated Knight...
Wherhandlers being Squires is ok though, we can figure they're all under Raina.
As for dividing my characters...hm. Well, this might change, but here's what I'm thinking so far. xD
Araelen Myra of Blue Aglovth E'vrael of Green Sekheth H'run of Bronze Gawyth A'clayr of Brown Atoth
Ikros T'ren of Blue Owaith F'rallen of Bronze Dacrith Shandar of Brown Shask

EDIT. LOL At the Queen Wherhandler's request! Okay, I think I know where I'm going. If the Jr Weyrlings were able to transfer, that is ... if not, I'll have to scrap this. And if anyone has other thoughts, or would want any of these characters with the other side for a reason, let me know. ARAELENB'kay and bronze Syth Gaylen and blue Alabanth Ravyna and green Igrainth Auria and gold Nefertith Baryn and bronze wher BaskRannell IKROSC'train and brown Rhobith (C'train has applied for knighthood, "sorta") T'rasel and blue Iolath (He would want to be a squire but I can see that being denied by Crown <G>) S'tar and green Hatsheth (S'tar would want to remain a shadow) Baryn and bronze wher Bask My reasons:I've got a lot of characters tied to other characters. I mean, B'kay is obvious, duh. <G> Gaylen would not leave without C'lyn, of course, and as Ranny's foster parents, Ranny would of course stay where they are. Auria (I may even backplay Auria coming very close to dying of the poisoning, in fact ... her emotional reaction would be more due to the near death of her dragon, and the possibility of her little nephew losing his only remaining family member than to her own situation), though she may in fact totally distrust Kitari, not knowing what to believe, would never leave Rannell. I don't see where Trilia and Helennith are going yet, so things might change... we'll see where life leads us. Ravyna will stay with T'ryis. So, if he does decide to jump ship to Ikros, she and Igrainth will follow, too. Baryn and Bask were hard. Okay, then, strike the following. His wher won the argument, and he is NOT happy about that. LOL Bask is smitten with Raisk, big time ... but I can't fathom Baryn willingly go to somewhere that he might get *more* attention. He's as comfortable as he ever gets in the depths of Araelen, and I sort of think setting up a huge conflict between the man and his wher might be interesting. If others would rather see him at Ikros, let me know, I'm bendable.C'train started off at Araelen by "sort of befriending" M'kel ... or at least M'kel was the one that accepted him and gave him the place of Beastmaster. So, the somewhat naive little man would of course believe M'kel's suspicions (even though they may be simply a reflection of Crown's) about the poisoning. There is no way C'train would stay in a Weyr where the Weyrwoman killed not only her rival, but the clutch sister of her own dragon. As for T'rasel and S'tar.... Though I don't know them all that well yet, I can see T'rasel wanting to go where he can cause the most mischief, and S'tar seeing this as an opportunity to go where the pirate raiders could never possibly find him. Make sense??

Araelen Weyr[/u] A'tair of bronze Tristiath A'mnir of green Miladeth
Ikros Weyr[/u] Felina of brown Breunth Corenne of blue Coresk
A'tair was actually somewhat torn between the two, not quite knowing which side to believe. However, if M'kel is going to Ikros, A'tair is going to stay as far away as possible. He neither likes nor trusts the man.
A'mnir is simply incapable of believing anyone could try to poison that many people. Obviously one has to be lying, so he assumes the least evil was done. Therefore, Crown is a liar and he shouldn't follow her.
Felina, on the other hand, does believe her, and also believes that she should go where she and Breunth are safest. As always, her decision is motivated primarily by wanting to keep as many dragons alive as possible to fight Thread.
Corenne, as well, thinks Kitari really did try to poison them, and driven by her sense of right and wrong (with poisoning being obviously wrong) leaves.

FINALLY decided last night as I was going to bed where everyone would go and why. AraelenT'rin and blue Jasth Arysa IkrosP'neil and brown Artoneth Niera and brown Matiath So why each? Well, T'rin's pretty clueless in general, so it probably would never occur to him to go anywhere, and he'd just blithely continue on doing what he was doing. Arysa has several reasons for not going - being only a harper, and having to learn the layout of an entirely new Weyr before she could get around being some of her problems, lol. Niera's pretty impulsive so it wouldn't take much to convince her to go, and naive enough to believe it if one of her friends told her that Crown was right, because her friends couldn't possibly be lying to her. D: Mostly it would be a big adventure for her, and she's young enough not to realize just how bad being considered a traitor will be. She'll be trying her best to find a patron Knight and be a Squire, because it seems like a big game to her to see who can win and all. P'neil gave me the most trouble, but I finally decided that he'd be looking for someone to blame for what happened to Alana and feeling guilty and stuff for not insisting the Masterhealer come sooner, etc etc, so he'd be likely to listen when people started blaming Kitari. Artoneth isn't quite ready to give up his ambitions, even though his wing is never going to be up to flying a gold again and probably not as Threadfall-ready as they'd wish, so he'd try to weedle their way in as Weyrlingmaster to whip those little monsters into shape - after all, some of them are his bebes. If Crown turns them down, then they'll probably mope around as Shadows, hehe. If any other Jr. Weyrlings are going, P'neil and Artoneth are probably going to be stuck around the same pace as them anyway, so they're perfectly willing to babysit the Jrs on their way over.
